I. Turnover Rebate

Turnover Rebate is calculated based on the total valid monthly team turnover, regardless of win or loss.

Rebate Structure:

> 100,000 0.1%
500,001 – 5,000,000 0.15%
5,000,001 – 10,000,000 0.2%
> 10,000,001 0.3%

Turnover Rebate Rules:

1. Rebate is calculated on valid turnover only

2. Turnover includes all completed wagers

3. Rebate is settled monthly

4. Rebate is paid regardless of net profit or loss

5. UW99 reserves the right to exclude artificial or non-genuine wagering activity

II. Negative Profit Bonus

Negative Profit Bonus rewards affiliates based on monthly net loss generated by their team

Net Loss Definition:

Net Loss = Total Player Loss – Player Winnings – Bonuses – Rebates

Only when net loss is positive does the affiliate qualify for this bonus

Bonus Structure:

Qualification Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 active players

2. Minimum monthly team deposit ≥ ₹20,000

3. Net loss must be calculated after deducting: Bonuses, Rebates, Promotional costs

Negative Profit Bonus Rules:

1. Bonus is calculated monthly

2. Only one bonus tier applies per month

3. No bonus is paid if profit is negative

4. All calculations are subject to audit and verification
